About the Job :
INDALI Law Partners is looking to expand its Corporate Practice with a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate. If you’re looking to work on high-impact transactions in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in general corporate advisory, venture capital transactions and real estate transactions
(iii) Prior law firm experience is preferred
(iv) Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
(v) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibility :
(i) Advising clients on general corporate matters
(ii) Assisting in VC deals, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation
(iii) Drafting and reviewing agreements, term sheets, and corporate documents
(iv) Coordinating with clients and internal teams on transactions
