Rajan Malhotra and Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate at their law office based in Tilak Nagar, Delhi. We are looking for diligent and motivated law graduates who are keen to build a career in litigation and legal practice. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) 0–2 years (including fresh graduates)
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Ability to assist in court matters; independent handling of matters will be an added advantage
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
(vii) Sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Responsibility :
(i) Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(ii) Assisting in court proceedings and case management
(iii) Client coordination and case follow-ups
(iv) Preparation and review of legal documentation
