About the Job :
Trinity Chambers is looking to onboard a dynamic and motivated Associate having a PQE of 0 to 4 years for their Dispute Resolution Team. Trinity Chambers is a specialised dispute resolution chamber having expertise in corporate commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency, regulatory, anti-trust and criminal litigation including white collar crime and forensic investigation.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate with strong research, drafting and analytical skills, along with a keen interest in dispute resolution.
(ii) PQE of 0 to 4 years for their Dispute Resolution Team.
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills.
(iv) Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(v) Ability to assist in court matters; independent handling of matters will be an added advantage
(vi) Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools
(vii) Sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Responsibility :
(i) Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(ii) Assisting in court proceedings and case management
(iii) Client coordination and case follow-ups
(iv) Preparation and review of legal documentation
