About the Job :
JHJ Legal is now expanding into Corporate, Employment, IPR and Commercial Law and are looking for experienced legal professionals to lead and manage this practice.
Eligibility :
• Law degree (LLB/LLM)
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, employment laws, IPR and commercial drafting
• Ability to independently handle and manage the firm’s corporate, employment, IPR and commercial matters.
• Clear thinking and responsiveness
• Strong accountability and work ethic
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written statements, and legal notices.
(ii) Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs and opinions.
(iii) Appearing before various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
(iv) Coordinating with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders for case updates and filings.
(v) Ensuring timely preparation and submission of documents and maintaining case files.
