About the Job :
Tavasya Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an experienced Legal Associate in Ayodhya to handle real estate and corporate legal matters, legal drafting, research, client representation, and court-related work. Candidates with an LLB and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
Eligibility :
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Qualification: LLB required; LLM or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in legal drafting, documentation and legal research
• Experience in court proceedings, client representation and case management
• Strong understanding of Real Estate Advisory & Corporate Transaction Advisory
• Knowledge of Negotiable Instruments and Consumer Protection laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in dealing with clients across diverse industries will be an advantage
Responsibility :
• Handle land & property-related legal matters
• Conduct title verification and prepare/review legal documentation
• Draft and review corporate agreements and contracts
• Provide legal advice and support to clients
• Handle debtor recovery and legal follow-ups
• Represent clients and coordinate with courts and government authorities
• Conduct legal research and assist with case management
• Coordinate with different practice groups for efficient and timely delivery of legal services
