About the Job :
KPS Advocates is hiring an Associate Advocate.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Qualified Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) 0–3 years of experience
(v) Strong command of written and spoken English
(vi) Sound legal knowledge with good drafting and research skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
