Obhan Mason is hiring a Trademark Associate.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) At least 0–2 years’ PQE
(iii) Strong drafting and analytical skills
(iv) Are passionate about brand protection
(v) Strong command of written and spoken English
(vi) Sound legal knowledge with good drafting and research skills.
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
