About the Job :
Kumar Legal Research LLP is seeking to hire an Associate – Litigation and Legal Interns for its Mumbai office. The opportunity is suited for candidates looking to work on a range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, arbitration, NCLT matters, taxation, and criminal and white-collar crime-related issues.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.
(vi) Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct legal research.
(ii) Prepare case briefs.
(iii) Draft pleadings and applications.
(iv) Compile records and case materials.
(v) Assist in ongoing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(vi) Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Firm from time to time.
