About the Job :
Adv. Jay Singh Rajput is seeking to engage a Junior Legal Associate or Junior Intern for his office located in MP Nagar, Bhopal. The selected candidate will assist in matters before the Bhopal District Court and support various litigation-related assignments.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
(iv) Strong research and analytical skills with a keen interest in litigation.
(v) Knowledge of legal drafting and documentation.
(vi) Prior experience working in Bhopal courts is preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct legal research.
(ii) Prepare case briefs.
(iii) Draft pleadings and applications.
(iv) Compile records and case materials.
(v) Assist in ongoing matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
(vi) Undertake additional assignments as entrusted by the Firm from time to time.
