About the Job :
Law Office of Pranav Bafna is inviting applications for the position of Associate. The role involves handling litigation and advisory work, including client interactions, court appearances, and transaction structuring.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
(vi) Interest in non-litigation legal work
(vii) 0–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
