About the Job :
MS Fincap is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer (Non-Litigation) to join its growing team.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Preferably candidates with prior internship experience in litigation
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(v) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive law
(vi) Interest in non-litigation legal work
(vii) Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers may also apply)
Responsibility :
(i) Scrutinize legal reports and documents
(ii) Conduct due diligence of property documents
(iii) Perform property searches / EC (Encumbrance Certificate)
(iv) Coordinate with panel advocates
(v) Vet original title documents
(vi) Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
(vii) Maintain MIS and legal records
