About the Job :
LegalPreneur is hiring an Associate for its Ahmedabad office. The selected candidate will work on litigation matters involving banking and debt recovery, SARFAESI, insolvency and commercial disputes.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidates with 1–3 years of litigation practice may apply.
(ii) Freshers with strong court exposure may also apply.
(iii) Applicants should be comfortable with drafting and appearing independently.
(iv) Fluency in English is required.
(v) Knowledge of Gujarati is preferred.
(vi) Candidates should be able to join early.
Responsibility :
(i) Work on banking and debt recovery matters before the DRT.
(ii) Handle SARFAESI-related matters.
(iii) Work on insolvency matters before the NCLT.
(iv) Handle commercial disputes.
(v) Make regular appearances before the DRT and NCLT benches in Ahmedabad.
(vi) Draft pleadings and other legal documents and appear independently.
