About the Internship :
Vardini SreeVidya Advocates is a law office based in Chennai, specializing in Taxation – Direct and Indirect cases and Constitutional Law. The office is inviting applications from motivated law students for a three-month internship programme. The internship will provide students with practical exposure to the preparation and research involved in legal proceedings and professional legal practice.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to students pursuing a 5-year LL.B. course in their 4th or 5th year.
(ii) Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. course in their final year are eligible to apply.
(iii) Applicants with an interest in Taxation Law and Constitutional Law are particularly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting in preparation for court matters and Tribunal proceedings.
(ii) Conducting in-depth legal research in taxation and constitutional law.
(iii) Preparing case paper books.
(iv) Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions.
(v) Preparing brief notes and other case-related materials.
Duration : Minimum 3 months
