About the Internship :
ARM Foundation invites motivated students and individuals to join its Online Internship Programme. The programme is designed to provide practical exposure to social problems, existing interventions, law, policy, community issues, CSR, and public outreach. Interns will be encouraged to research real issues, analyse existing responses, identify gaps, and develop thoughtful and practical solutions. The programme is not limited to routine assignments or certificate completion.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to students and individuals interested in Law, Social Work, Public Policy, Governance, Education, Healthcare, and Social Welfare.
(ii) Interest in Community Development, CSR, and Social-Impact Initiatives.
(iii) No prior NGO or social-work experience is required.
(iv) Candidates must demonstrate sincerity, consistency, and professionalism.
(v) Willingness to learn, contribute, and work towards meaningful social change.
Responsibilities:
(i) Conduct research on various social and community issues.
(ii) Study the challenges faced by underprivileged and vulnerable communities.
(iii) Identify gaps in public awareness, policy implementation, access to government schemes, and institutional support.
(iv) Study relevant laws, government policies, welfare schemes, CSR provisions, and social-impact initiatives.
(v) Develop project proposals, suggestions, and recommendations to address identified issues.
(vi) Participate in online awareness programmes and social-impact campaigns.
(vii) Prepare research reports, presentations, awareness materials, and communication content.
(viii) Present and discuss research findings and project work with the Foundation.
(ix) Incorporate feedback and suggestions provided by the Foundation.
(x) Support fundraising and outreach activities through the Foundation’s official online platforms.
