About the Job :
MSK & Partners is hiring an Associate with 2–4 years of PQE for its General Corporate team in Mumbai, focusing on corporate advisory, commercial transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility :
* 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
* Solid experience in drafting, negotiating, and vetting complex commercial contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
* In-depth understanding of corporate governance, the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and statutory compliance.
* Proven ability to conduct legal due diligence.
* Ability to advise clients on routine as well as strategic corporate matters.
* Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactive attitude.
Responsibility :
* Handle corporate advisory matters.
* Draft, negotiate, and vet commercial contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
* Conduct legal due diligence.
* Advise clients on routine and strategic corporate matters.
* Work on commercial transactions, M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
