About the Job :
NorthEye Advisors is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to join their growing team and lead legal operations in the mortgage and lending domain.
Eligibility :
(i) 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, Lending, or Banking (BFI) and possess expertise in Title Search, TSR Vetting, Legal Due Diligence, Mortgage Documentation, Risk Management, and Compliance
(ii) Excellent written English and drafting skills
(iii) Law Degree (LLB/LLM or Equivalent).
(iv) Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and stakeholders independently.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting & negotiating Lease and Leave & License Agreements, along with other commercial agreements, ensuring terms are aligned with company policy and minimize legal risk.
(ii) Handling MIC and litigation matters, including coordinating case strategy, tracking timelines, and liaising with external counsel on ongoing disputes.
(iii) Exposure to Factory Compliance, Legal Metrology & Trademarks.
(iv) Coordination with external counsels and Government officials on regulatory filings, inspections, and correspondence relevant to the company’s operations.
