About the Job :
Blackberrys is hiring a Senior Legal Executive at their Gurgaon HO. The role will support the organization’s legal function across commercial contracting, litigation management, and regulatory compliance, working closely with internal teams as well as external counsel to safeguard the company’s legal and business interests.
Eligibility :
(i) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
(ii) Excellent written English and drafting skills
(iii) Candidates from similar setups preferred (Retail, QSR, Diagnostic Labs & Pharmacy Chains, Consumer Electronics & Mobile Retail).
(iv) Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and stakeholders independently.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting & negotiating Lease and Leave & License Agreements, along with other commercial agreements, ensuring terms are aligned with company policy and minimize legal risk.
(ii) Handling MIC and litigation matters, including coordinating case strategy, tracking timelines, and liaising with external counsel on ongoing disputes.
(iii) Exposure to Factory Compliance, Legal Metrology & Trademarks.
(iv) Coordination with external counsels and Government officials on regulatory filings, inspections, and correspondence relevant to the company’s operations.
