About the Job :
Ontra is looking for a motivated LLB graduate who is passionate about contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating and is eager to build a strong foundation in corporate legal practice. This role is ideal for someone who values practical learning, enjoys attention to detail, and wants hands-on exposure to real commercial transactions.
Eligibility :
(i) Strong interest in contract drafting and commercial law
(ii) Excellent written English and drafting skills
(iii) Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
(iv) LLB Graduates (Freshers welcome)
Responsibility :
(i) Maintain legal & statutory records.
(ii) File ROC forms under the Companies Act, 2013.
(iii) Draft & review contracts and agreements.
(iv) Support Board Meeting documentation.
(v) Coordinate with legal counsels and ensure compliance.
