About the Job :
Talent Leap Private Limited has opened up applications for the position of an executive – legal to join them.
Eligibility :
(i) ACS (ICSI) + LLB (Mandatory)
(ii) 2–3 years of legal/compliance experience.
(iii) Knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Law & Regulatory Compliance.
(iv) Pharma experience with Drugs & Cosmetics Act & DPCO preferred.
Responsibility :
(i) Maintain legal & statutory records.
(ii) File ROC forms under the Companies Act, 2013.
(iii) Draft & review contracts and agreements.
(iv) Support Board Meeting documentation.
(v) Coordinate with legal counsels and ensure compliance.
