About the Job :
The Office of Advocate Mayank Kumar is inviting applications for the position of Junior Legal Associate (Litigation). This is a full-time role offering hands-on exposure to litigation practice across various courts, including the Delhi High Court.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Must be enrolled with the Bar Council
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Basic understanding of court procedures
(v) Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
(vi) Prior litigation internship experience preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
(ii) Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Client coordination and follow-ups
(v) Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
(vi) Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal notices
(vii) Court appearances and case handling
