About the Job :
Stride Legal is expanding its Data Protection & Privacy Practice and is looking to hire lawyers with relevant experience in advising on privacy and data protection regulations.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Prior experience in data protection and privacy laws is mandatory
(v) Assisting partners with litigation strategy and briefing senior advocates.
(vi) Strong background in Contract drafting, Reviewing and redlining
Responsibility :
(i) Manage cases from filing to trial, ensuring timelines are met
(ii) Conduct legal research on case law and statutes
(iii) Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
(iv) Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs
(v) Performing legal research related to contracts and regulatory matters
(vi) Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
(vii) Conducting risk assessment and compliance checks
