Parakram Legal is a Mumbai-based boutique law firm specializing in corporate, regulatory, and tax law, with a strong focus on Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Parakram Legal is Hiring Associate
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) You aim to be a well-rounded legal professional, having a holistic understanding of matters.
(iii) Ability to independently handle complex legal matters.
(iv) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
(v) You have a sense of ownership over work – you care about what goes out from your inbox!
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
