About the Job :
Dhir & Dhir Associates is a full service law firm and brings to the table expertise and experience of more than two decades across various sectors and practice areas. They are looking to onboard experienced professionals for their New Delhi office in the role of Principal Associate / Associate Partner.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 6–10 years of litigation experience, preferably with High Court exposure.
(iii) Ability to independently handle complex legal matters.
(iv) Strong understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
(v) Prior chamber practice under Senior Advocates is an added advantage.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
