About the Job :
KAnalysis is inviting applications for the position of Trademark/IPR Professional with a focus on Global Portfolio Management. The role involves managing international trademark portfolios and handling end-to-end IP processes across jurisdictions.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 3–5 years of experience in Trademark/IPR (international domain)
(iii) Strong knowledge of global trademark laws and procedures
(iv) Experience in international filings
(v) Excellent communication and coordination skills
Responsibility :
(i) Manage global trademark portfolios across jurisdictions (India, US, etc.)
(ii) Handle trademark filings, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement actions
(iii) Coordinate with international associates, attorneys, and clients
(iv) Conduct trademark searches, clearance, and risk assessments
(v) Develop global IP protection strategies
(vi) Ensure compliance with international IP laws and deadlines
