About the Job :
Scales Law Firm is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate. The role is suited for candidates with litigation experience and strong practical skills in drafting and court procedures.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) 1–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
(iii) Fluency in Hindi and English
(iv) Strong drafting skills
(v) Experience in e-filing and bookmarking
(vi) Familiarity with Delhi routes, District Courts, and High Court
Responsibility :
(i) Assisting in the drafting and filing of pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
(ii) Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs.
(iii) Attending court proceedings and assisting in case preparation.
