About the Job :
Rai & Rai Partners, Law Offices is looking for Disputes/litigation lawyers with 2 years of post-qualification experience. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Delhi office.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) 2+ yrs (post-qualification experience)
(iv) Strong drafting & communication skills
(v) They are looking for individuals with strong research, drafting, and courtroom skills, along with a commitment to delivering quality legal work.
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
