About the Job :
Looking for lawyers with 2+ years of experience for a position in the Litigation and Arbitration.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) 2+ yrs (post-qualification experience)
(iv) Strong drafting & communication skills
(v) Prior experience in handling consumer litigation matters
(vi) Strong drafting, research, and court appearance skills
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
