About the Job :
Regius Legal LLP is expanding its Litigation Team at its Mumbai office and inviting applications for the position of Associate. The opportunity is suited to legal professionals with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in civil and/or criminal litigation who are looking to advance their litigation practice.
Eligibility :
• Lawyers with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in civil litigation and/or criminal litigation
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Commitment to developing a litigation practice
Responsibility :
• Handling civil and/or criminal litigation matters
• Conducting legal research and case-law analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Assisting with case preparation and litigation strategy
• Supporting court proceedings and day-to-day litigation work
