About the Job :
Law Chambers of Abhishek Dwivedi is inviting applications for the following paid associations:
- Advocates – 2–3 vacancies
- Interns – 2–3 vacancies, with availability across months subject to variation
- Office/Court Clerk – 1 vacancy
The Chamber has a traditional litigation practice with a focus on arbitration, tender disputes, commercial, civil, criminal and consumer disputes, banking disputes, and service matters. It also has a dispute management and advisory practice supporting infrastructure companies in managing disputes at the pre-litigation stage.
Eligibility :
• All three positions are paid associations and will be based out of Lucknow.
• Experience in civil litigation and/or criminal litigation
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Commitment to developing a litigation practice
• For internships, applicants are required to mention their preferred month of internship and confirm whether they are available for a long-term internship.
• For the Office/Court Clerk position, recommendations from colleagues are also welcomed.
Responsibility :
• Handling civil and/or criminal litigation matters
• Conducting legal research and case-law analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Assisting with case preparation and litigation strategy
• Supporting court proceedings and day-to-day litigation work
