About the Internship :
Ahluwalia Law Associates is inviting applications for an Intern in its Trademark Prosecution Department for a paid internship during November 2026.
Eligibility :
• Students currently enrolled in their 2nd/3rd year (for three-year LLB courses) and 3rd/4th/5th year (for five-year LLB Courses).
• Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and legal analysis
• Strong interest in legal research and drafting.
• Strong interest in corporate law
Responsibilities:
• Conducting in-depth legal research on Patent law
• Drafting legal articles, petitions and applications
• Analysing court judgments and legal developments
• Gain practical exposure to corporate legal work.
• Assist the Corporate Legal Team.
• Work with experienced legal professionals.
Duration : Minimum 1 months
