About the Job :
Sharma & Sharma is looking for a motivated and diligent Legal Associate – Litigation to join their dynamic legal team.
Eligibility :
(i) Advocate with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience
(ii) Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
(iii) Prior experience in drafting and appearing before Courts and Tribunals
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
(v) Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
(vi) Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Responsibility :
(i) Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate documentation relating to lending and financing transactions.
(iii) Assist business teams in transaction structuring and execution.
(iv) Provide legal support to internal stakeholders, including business and credit teams.
(v) Assisting in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, and Company Law
(vi) Drafting pleadings, applications, conveyancing documents, and legal opinions
