About the Job :
Sirius Legal is hiring an Associate to join its Disputes team at the Mumbai office. This role offers exposure to diverse litigation matters across multiple forums.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Strong foundation in legal research and drafting
(iv) Experienced advocates with prior litigation exposure
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Keen interest in dispute resolution and litigation
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds
(ii) Handle PMLA matters and arbitration proceedings before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
(iii) Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
(iv) Assist in preparing legal notices and replies
(v) Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation
(vi) Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
(vii) Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates.
