About the Job :
The firm is inviting applications for the position of Associate, offering exposure to diverse and high-impact legal matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Hands-on experience in corporate legal functions
(iv) Experienced advocates with prior litigation exposure
(v) Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
(vi) Prior internship with reputed firms or experience as a Judicial Clerk (High Court/Supreme Court) will be preferred
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and lease deeds
(ii) Handle PMLA matters and arbitration proceedings before High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
(iii) Maintain and organize legal documentation and records
(iv) Assist in preparing legal notices and replies
(v) Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation
(vi) Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions.
(vii) Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates.
