About the Job :
T&P Law Offices is seeking applications for the position of Litigation Associate at its New Delhi office.
Eligibility :
(i) 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
(ii) Prior litigation experience is mandatory.
(iii) Hands-on experience in litigation.
(iv) Strong drafting and legal research skills.
(v) Familiarity with court proceedings and appearances.
(vi) Freshers are not eligible to apply.
Responsibility :
(i) Drafting and reviewing pleadings such as plaints, written statements, rejoinders, applications, affidavits, and appeals.
(ii) Representing clients and assisting seniors in proceedings before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and IP offices.
(iii) Conducting legal research, case law analysis, and preparing briefs and notes for hearings.
(iv) Coordinating with clients and internal teams for case strategy and updates.
(v) Managing filings, hearings, and compliance with procedural requirements.
