About the Job :
RSLO & Advocates is hiring for 1 positions at the Sr. Associate/Associate level. The role requires experience in Energy Laws, Electricity Law, or Regulatory Laws, along with strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
Eligibility :
(i) Bachelor’s degree in Law.
(ii) Minimum 2 years of experience in:
Energy Laws
Electricity Law
Regulatory Laws
(iii) Excellent legal research and document drafting skills.
(iv) Proficiency in legal research tools and platforms, including:
AI-based tools
SCC Online
Manupatra
(v) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
(vi) Candidates should have a permanent residence in Delhi or be based in Delhi prior to applying.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) Support dispute resolution and financial law matters.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Work closely with advocates and legal professionals.
