About the Job :
JS&A is looking for one or two law students to join its Bombay office as Paralegals. The role will involve work related to international tax law and requires a commitment of 20 hours per week for at least one year.
Eligibility :
(i) A demonstrable interest in international tax law.
(ii) A strong command of the English language.
(iii) Exceptional attention to detail.
(iv) Proficiency in Hindi and/or French would be an advantage.
(v) A demonstrable interest in international tax law may be evidenced by, among other things, participation in an international tax moot court competition, insightful writing on international tax, or a previous internship involving international tax work.
Responsibility :
(i) Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
(ii) Conduct legal research and case analysis.
(iii) Support dispute resolution and financial law matters.
(iv) Interact with clients and maintain case records.
(v) Work closely with advocates and legal professionals.
