About the Job :
Trion Law Partners is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates and final-year students to gain hands-on experience and begin their legal careers in a dynamic environment.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Strong research and writing skills
(iv) Eagerness to learn and take initiative
(v) Strong professional communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in client interaction
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Preparing case briefs and documentation
(vi) Supporting the team in ongoing matters
(vii) Assisting with legal research and drafting
