About the Job :
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the position of Legal Executive in Bangalore, offering exposure to banking and recovery-related legal matters.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Fresher /less than 1 year
(iv) Must be a Kannada speaker.(Mandatory)
(v) Strong professional communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in client interaction
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Manage arbitration, DRT matters, and EP filings
(vii) Handle cases under Section 138 NI Act
