About the Job :
DLS Law Offices, a client-centric full-service law firm, invites applications for the position of Senior Associate in the General Corporate / PE-VC / M&A practice for our Noida office with a PQE of 5+ years.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Good command of English (written and verbal).
(iii) Minimum 5 years of PQE with hands-on experience in General Corporate Advisory, PE/VC transactions, and M&A matters
(iv) Prior experience in term sheet negotiations, SSA and SHA discussions is essential
(v) Strong professional communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in client interaction
Responsibility :
(i) Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
(ii) Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
(iii) Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
(iv) Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
(v) Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
(vi) Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
(vii) Assisting in litigation matters across civil, corporate, real estate, and family law
