About the Job :
VERITE ASSOCIATES, Ahmedabad, is looking for a motivated and experienced Legal & IPR Associate to join our team.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B., B.A. LL.B. or B.B.A. LL.B. from a recognised university.
(ii) Experience: Min 4-5 Year in IP prosecution will be preferred.
(iv) Familiarity with Indian trademark, design and copyright laws and procedures.
(v) Strong legal drafting, research and analytical skills.
(vi) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
(vii) Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.
(viii) Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Responsibility :
* Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) & Legal matters
* Experience in Trademarks, Copyrights & related IP laws
* Exposure to IP prosecution, oppositions, infringement, enforcement and legal drafting
* Excellent contract drafting and communication skills
