About the Job :
They are looking for a sharp, motivated, and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our growing in-house legal team at a fast-paced technology company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of law, business, contracts, compliance, and technology.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) Strong contract drafting & review skills.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) Sound knowledge of Indian contract law + familiarity with US commercial law & cross-border compliance.
(v) The applicant must be capable of appearing in Court(s) independently.
(vi) Understanding of SaaS, IT services, licensing models & data protection basics.
(vii) Exposure to GDPR, IP clauses & commercial negotiations is a big plus.
(viii) 2–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or in-house legal role.
Responsibility :
(i) Draft, review & negotiate NDAs, SaaS agreements, client contracts, vendor agreements & more.
(ii) Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts, including MSAs, SLAs, Business Agreements, Consultant Agreements, Employment Agreements, NDAs, JV Agreements, Strategic Alliance Agreements, Technology Partnership Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Supplier/Procurement Contracts.
(iii) Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Sales, HR, Finance, Delivery & Product.
(iv) Manage contract repositories, legal risk assessments & dispute resolution.
(v) Client coordination and case management
