About the Job :
Jupiter Law Partners has opened up applications for the positions of Paralegal for Trade Marks to work with them. Timings are from 10-7 PM. The probation period is for 3 months.
Eligibility :
(i) LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized Indian university
(ii) English, Hindi compulsory.
(iii) Proficiency in legal documentation and research
(iv) 0-3 years PQE in any field. LL.B graduates will be given preference.
(v) The applicant must be capable of appearing in Court(s) independently.
(vi) Diligent, self driven, disciplined, hard working, willing to learn, willing to travel as required.
(vii) Use of Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF, Data entry and extraction from the internet websites.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct trademark searches and prepare filing reports
(ii) Handle trademark filing and prosecution work
(iii) Attend show cause hearings
(iv) Draft and file oppositions, counterstatements, and affidavits
(v) Prepare written submissions for opposition hearings
(vi) Manage client portfolios and client communication
