About the Job :
Finova Capital is hiring a Legal Manager for its Raipur, Chhattisgarh location. The selected candidate will work on legal matters related to loan products.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Minimum 2 years of experience
(v) Experience in general corporate / commercial law (law firm or in-house)
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Candidates with prior experience and knowledge in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Participate in Lok Adalat, conciliation, and mediation processes for settlement of claims
(v) Handle labour and employment-related legal matters
(vi) Coordinate with stakeholders on ongoing mandates
