About the Job :
Efficax Resolution Professionals Private Limited is hiring Legal Associates for its Bengaluru office. The role involves working on insolvency, company law, and banking law matters, along with litigation and advisory work.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Ability to conduct market surveys, field investigations, and gather evidence
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Personal Guarantor and bankruptcy matters
(v) Experience in general corporate / commercial law (law firm or in-house)
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Drafting and filing petitions, interlocutory applications, legal opinions, and legal notices
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Appearing before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in matters related to
(v) Handle labour and employment-related legal matters
(vi) Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
