About the Job :
CreditAccess Grameen Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager (Business Legal) for its Erode location. The role involves handling legal matters related to business operations and ensuring compliance.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Proficiency in the local language
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) 5–6 years of relevant experience
(v) Experience in general corporate / commercial law (law firm or in-house)
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Drafting and filing petitions, interlocutory applications, legal opinions, and legal notices
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Appearing before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in matters related to
(v) Handle labour and employment-related legal matters
(vi) Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
