About the Job :
Euler Motors is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience to support business, compliance, and litigation matters across multiple geographies.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) 2–4 years of experience in corporate/in-house legal teams or law firms
(iii) Strong drafting and communication skills
(iv) Experience in contract drafting and negotiation, litigation support, and corporate/commercial law
(v) Working knowledge of employment and labour laws
(vi) Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibility :
(i) Provide end-to-end legal support on corporate and commercial matters
(ii) Drafting, vetting, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, vendor, customer, and employment contracts
(iii) Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues
(iv) Handling litigation and arbitration matters
(v) Advising HR, Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams on legal matters
(vi) Managing dashboards relating to contracts, litigation, and compliance
