About the Job :
YES MADAM is India’s Most Trusted and Transparent Home Salon and a tech-enabled platform for beauty and wellness that brings salon and spa services to customers’ homes. Yes Madam is looking for a Legal Manager to safeguard their growth and streamline their compliance.
Eligibility :
(i) Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have strong drafting skills.
(ii) LL.B. Degree from a Recognised University
(iii) Strong legal research and drafting skills
(iv) 3–5 years of corporate legal experience (Startup/Consumer Tech background preferred)
(v) Clear Communicator
Responsibility :
(i) Own the lifecycle of vendor contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and T&Cs.
(ii) Identify and resolve legal hurdles before they escalate.
(iii) Track statutory filings, licenses, and renewals with zero lapses.
(iv) Partner with HR, Finance, and Product teams on legal requirements.
(v) Monitor changes in DPDP Act 2023, Consumer Protection, and IT laws.
