Rahul Chaudhry & Partners is seeking experienced Patent Agents/Patent Attorneys with expertise in biotechnology or chemistry.
Eligibility :
(i) PhD or master’s degree in biotechnology, chemistry, or a related life sciences field
(ii) 8-10 years of hands-on experience in patent drafting, searching, and prosecution
(iii) Qualified Patent Agent
(iv) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
(v) Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
(vi) Strong sense of ownership and time management
Responsibility :
(i) Draft and prosecute patent applications
(ii) Identify and resolve legal hurdles before they escalate.
(iii) Collaborate with inventors and clients on patent strategy and portfolio management
