About the Internship :
Applications are invited for Internship Opportunity at AccuLaw Source LLP, Ghaziabad for the year 2026. Individuals working with the firm gain practical exposure to real-time legal work, particularly in property law and due diligence.
Eligibility :
(i) Currently pursuing a degree in Law
(ii) Excellent research and organizational skills
(iii) Strong written and verbal communication abilities
(iv) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
(v) Candidates with interest in property law and due diligence work
Responsibilities:
(i) Drafting of Property Due Diligence Reports
(ii) Preparation of Title Search Reports (TSR)
(iii) Legal research and document verification
(iv) Hands-on experience in property due diligence and TSR drafting
(v) Tracking compliance issues and monitoring upcoming legal developments.
(vi) Practical exposure to real-time legal work
Duration : 6 Months minimum
