About the Job :
Balaji Telefilms is looking for an experienced legal professional to support and lead legal matters for its Digital Media business. This role will work closely with business, creative, production, and leadership teams across the OTT and digital content ecosystem.
Eligibility :
(i) Open to law students from all years of the 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme.
(ii) Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply
(iii) Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
(iv) A strong sense of ownership and responsibility in every matter assigned.
(v) Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws
(vi) Attention to detail in drafting, research, preparation, and court-related work.
(vii) Experience – 6+ years in Media & Entertainment Law.
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
